COVID-19 Update, January 2021:

We are closely monitoring the current development and will adjust our COVID measures according to QLD Health recommendations. All classes can currently run as scheduled.
In anticipation of another outbreak in Brisbane, we pre-emptively assigned a maximum of 6-7 students per class, which is in line with the 4sqm rule and social distancing requirements.

Konversation German Online - 1.5 hour/week - 4 weeks - Thursday - LATE ADMISSION

COVID-19 UPDATE:

This course is an Online Course held via Zoom.

TEACHER’S ROLE:

The teacher is there to help and guide you through the lesson, much like a talk show host but ideally, you are doing all the talking. You can, of course, ask the teacher for clarification on certain topics, or if the group would like to have a certain part of grammar explained, the teacher will be happy to do this.

WHICH TOPICS WILL WE CHOOSE?

We will have a number of topics prepared but in case the group goes off on a tangent, we are certainly not going to stop you :-) The aim is to get you speaking.

Some sample topics are:

- Alles Bio. Was ist dran am Biowahn? ...

- Armut: Wann ist ein Mensch arm? ...

- Traumberufe: Was war Ihr Traumberuf als Kind? …

- Extremsport: Nur für Wahnsinnige? ...

- 4 weeks, 1 class per week

- 90 minutes per class

- max 9 students
