Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy

At DerDieDas, we take great care in preparing and packing your orders to ensure your books arrive in perfect condition. We want you to be happy with your purchase!

1. Shipping

Handling time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time: Standard delivery usually takes 2–7 business days within Australia.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location or postal service delays.

2. When you can return

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if your book:

arrives damaged (e.g., torn pages, water damage, or cover damage)
is faulty (e.g., misprinted pages, missing pages, or incorrect content)
is not as described in the listing (e.g., wrong edition or item)

Please note: We cannot accept returns for change of mind, so please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Timeframe

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or replacement.

4. Proof required

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

Your order number
Photos of the damage or fault (clearly showing the issue)
A brief description of the problem

This ensures we can verify the issue and provide a replacement or refund efficiently.

5. How to return

We’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
For items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we cover return postage.
Items must be returned in their original condition.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
If a replacement is requested and available, we’ll ship it as soon as the returned item is received.
